Opportunity for professional development in the accounting/finance area. **LOOK AT is seeking a Payroll Assistant in Querétaro, Querétaro** ------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Responsibilities:** ======================= **Payroll** ========== * Receive, enter, and validate incidents (attendance, absences, vacations, disabilities, bonuses, commissions, deductions). * Compile and review pre\-payroll (hires, terminations, salary changes, and position changes) for submission to payroll calculation. * Assist in reconciling incidents against reports/controls (lists, logs, time clocks, if applicable). * Prepare upload layouts/files for the payroll system and assist in calculation test runs. * Assist in reviewing payroll receipts/timbrado CFDI (common errors, employee data, RFC/curp, concepts). * **Employer Obligations** + Assist in preparing information for SUA/IDSE and tracking movements (hires, terminations, modifications), under supervision. + Compile supporting documentation for IMSS/INFONAVIT procedures and follow up on acknowledgments/folios. + Assist in monitoring due dates and monthly checklists (contributions, amortizations, notices). * **Document Control** + Maintain updated personnel files (contracts, hires, movements, evidence, receipts, acknowledgments). + Safeguard process evidence (checklists, reports, authorizations, logs) in SharePoint or another platform. + Ensure correct use of templates, file naming conventions, and directory paths; comply with confidentiality policies. * **Incident Resolution** + Address operational payroll queries (payment dates, receipts, basic clarifications) and escalate complex cases to the Supervisor. + Assist in resolving incidents (discrepancies, deductions, simple retroactive adjustments) with supporting documentation. * **Reporting** + Prepare operational reports: incidents by period, status of movements, control of timbrado receipts, closing checklist. + Assist in reporting for Accounting/Treasury (payment lists, summaries, support-level provisions). **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (intern or graduate). + Desired courses: ISR on salaries and wages, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Federal Labor Law. + Interest in continuous fiscal/labor updates (recent course completion evidence preferred). * Experience: 1–2 years of experience in payroll activities (data entry, incident handling, reporting, file control). + Experience supporting payroll calculations (earnings/deductions) and performing basic reviews. + Preferred: experience with IMSS/INFONAVIT transactions (supporting hires/terminations/modifications). + Preferred: experience in accounting firms, consulting, or outsourcing environments (due to multi-client/multi\-legal entity exposure). * Language: English: Basic\-Intermediate (A2\-B1\) \- Ability to read technical documentation. **We Offer** * Salary: $14,000 MXN * Statutory benefits **Work Schedule:** * Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote) * Monday to Friday, 9:00 \- 18:00 hrs **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- graduate **Desired Experience Level:** Mid\-level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Consulting, advisory, and business services **Skills:** * Attention to detail * Integrity * Time management *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69a88f2f57000039001115d4\&source\=indeed*
