




Job Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive management of materials, equipment, and resources in the warehouse, ensuring order, cleanliness, and efficient supply to work crews and systems. Maintains order, cleanliness, and inventory control Safeguard and administer company materials, equipment, and resources, maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness to facilitate both receipt and dispatch of items for timely supply to company systems and work crews Deliver and receive materials and equipment to work crews, as well as CIS (Customer Installation Sites), in accordance with company policies and procedures to ensure necessary materials and equipment are supplied promptly Visit CIS according to the scheduled visit calendar to supply equipment and collect returns Receive, count, and verify materials and equipment delivered by suppliers or transferred from other warehouses, following procedures and instructions from the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Clerk to ensure accurate receipt and system registration Unload received materials in the warehouse according to instructions from the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Clerk, safeguarding material integrity, personal safety, and that of colleagues, for subsequent registration, storage, and safekeeping Prepare materials and equipment according to company procedures for various shipments and transfer requests Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, as well as identification of materials and equipment within the warehouse according to layout and instructions from the Warehouse Supervisor, to ensure material and equipment integrity and safe, correct warehouse operation Conduct monthly, annual, or ad-hoc physical inventory counts as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy Perform scheduled or on-demand inventory audits for work crews in accordance with current policies and procedures to maintain inventory accuracy for these crews Deliver and receive requested materials efficiently and orderly via work orders or crew requisitions to minimize processing time Support recording warehouse movements in systems to ensure inventory accuracy Perform equipment burning, software loading, testing, and cleaning according to company procedures to ensure necessary equipment is available for system operations Record equipment movements in the equipment module and update status accordingly to maintain an up-to-date database Assemble equipment kits either in boxes and/or bags according to procedures and using required personal protective equipment for distribution to CIS and home service work crews. Inspect, clean, and prepare remote controls according to current procedures and policies to maximize reuse.
