Measure HPT performance using Scorecard, guide and support Star Points in achieving their goals by providing training and continuous feedback. Monitor personnel training according to their role within the HPT system. Respect and ensure compliance with all applicable Safety and Health Management System procedures within the work area. Report and, if necessary, immediately stop any activities that could risk people's safety, facility integrity, or employee health. Participate, when required, in investigations of occupational health and safety incidents. Must have knowledge of the ISO14001 system based on job responsibilities, know how to act in case of an environmental emergency, and have the authority to stop any activity impacting the Organization's environment.
