POSITION PROFILE Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations or related field. Professional Experience: Human Resources Analyst, Training and Recruitment Coordinator, Payroll, Recruitment and Selection Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT. Interview techniques. Competency-based selection. Administration of training and development programs. Language: Conversational English FUNCTIONS Manage and fulfill IMSS / INFONAVIT requirements. Organize social and cultural events. Provide competitive and sufficient human resources to maintain operations at Transportes Base Centro. Support efforts to create a harmonious and sustained organizational climate that enhances department productivity. Establish and control a training and development system, ensuring legal compliance, as well as ensure onboarding programs for new employees. Drive continuous improvement through innovation processes (contributing ideas, follow-up, and implementation). Know and ensure compliance with operational controls and/or work instructions of the CAS System. Support in reviewing employee severance and termination processes. Support timely payroll processing and administration of services for operational staff and employees. Measure HPT performance using Scorecard, guide and support Star Points in achieving their goals by providing training and continuous feedback. Monitor personnel training according to their role within the HPT system. Respect and ensure compliance with all applicable Safety and Health Management System procedures within the work area. Report and, if necessary, immediately stop any activities that could risk people's safety, facility integrity, or employee health. Participate, when required, in investigations of occupational health and safety incidents. Must have knowledge of the ISO14001 system based on job responsibilities, know how to act in case of an environmental emergency, and have the authority to stop any activity impacting the Organization's environment.
