Experience in transportation or logistics industry Customer service experience Sense of urgency Work oriented toward achieving objectives Ability to travel to offices and visit clients (fuel assistance provided) **Position Objective:** Maintain constant strategic, coordinated, and sustained communication with the client in order to keep them informed and responsive to any issues, resolutions, or matters regarding the Personnel Transportation Service. **Job Responsibilities:** Maintain constant and truthful communication with the client. Manage issues related to transportation. Collect and validate weekly reconciliations with the client. Request weekly execution of scheduling and overtime through official means (client’s official email). Monitor attendance levels at client facilities in coordination with the operations coordinator. Conduct audits on transportation vehicles and drivers to ensure quality execution of contracted services. Track and follow up on complaints. Organize weekly or monthly meetings with the client as required. Responsible for the automated attendance system.
