A prominent security company is seeking a Transport Supervisor 1. Perform transfers to various services on time 2. Provide training to personnel under supervision. 3. Maintain guard rosters by controlling rotation. 4. Conduct customer satisfaction evaluations. 5. Respond immediately to any customer request or requirement. 6. Prepare corresponding supervision visit reports and email them to the client. 7. Investigate any reported anomalies or incidents in service and submit written reports to superiors. 8. Take daily attendance. 9. Ensure and verify availability of necessary materials and equipment for guards’ performance. 10. Verify and review that guards comply with general and specific rules, policies, procedures, and instructions. 11. Flexible schedule availability 12.
