We are seeking a **Production Operator (B)** to join our team and play a critical role in supporting a broad range of activities, including assisting the cook during the preparation and cooking process for fruit-based and non-fruit-based cooked formulations—ensuring compliance with product specifications, quality, safety, hygiene, and scheduled timelines defined in the formulation. **Your Responsibilities:** * Assist the cook in reviewing raw materials collected for formulation preparation; report any discrepancies to the cook or supervisor to prevent traceability issues. * Prepare materials for addition into the kettle, ensuring they are available at the designated time for incorporation into the formulation. * Assist in the emptying of raw materials, strictly adhering to the timing specified by the cook and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to guarantee product quality and safety. * When handling allergens, it is mandatory to ensure proper handling to prevent cross-contamination with other products or equipment. * Perform kettle purging to ensure readiness for the product formulation process. * Carry out verification procedures for assigned measurement equipment. * Assemble the pump, paying special attention to filter assembly as it is a critical control point; ensure correct integration of the metal detector suppressor with the rest of the equipment, reporting any anomalies to the cook or supervisor. **What We Expect From You:** * Knowledge of Industrial Safety. * Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and GMPs. **What We Offer You:** * Excellent benefits from day one, including grocery vouchers, savings fund, life insurance, cafeteria subsidy, and more! * A safe environment in which to perform your work * Comprehensive and effective training experience during onboarding and beyond **About Sensient:** Sensient Technologies Corporation is a global leader in the manufacturing and marketing of colors, flavors, and extracts.
