The operator reports directly to the production supervisor with a direct line to the *team leader.* **Responsibilities:** Ensure production plan compliance by assembling components correctly, completely, and promptly per product specifications. Execute activities described in your Standardized Work Instruction (SWI). Perform tasks in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations (RIT). Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) 100% of the time. Understand and provide feedback to upstream and downstream workstations regarding product defects and conditions. Perform TPM \& crane checklist at the station. Ensure your workstation complies with the 5S standard. Always follow instructions issued by your team leader or production supervisor. Fully adhere to all defined operational processes, including scrap reporting, non-conforming material reporting, near-miss reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, etc. Report any anomalies occurring in your process or identified at your workstation to the production supervisor.
