Our engineering and product innovation help keep soldiers and firefighters safe, is critical in building and keeping communities clean and helps people do their jobs every day.** Position Title: Assembly Production Operator **Description:** Achieve production area objectives by timely and accurate execution of standardized work at your station, adhering to fundamental safety requirements without compromising product quality—all while maintaining an inclusive team-oriented culture. The operator reports directly to the production supervisor with a direct line to the *team leader.* **Responsibilities:** Ensure production plan compliance by assembling components correctly, completely, and promptly per product specifications. Execute activities described in your Standardized Work Instruction (SWI). Perform tasks in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations (RIT). Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) 100% of the time. Understand and provide feedback to upstream and downstream workstations regarding product defects and conditions. Perform TPM \& crane checklist at the station. Ensure your workstation complies with the 5S standard. Always follow instructions issued by your team leader or production supervisor. Fully adhere to all defined operational processes, including scrap reporting, non-conforming material reporting, near-miss reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, etc. Report any anomalies occurring in your process or identified at your workstation to the production supervisor.
