**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
You will be responsible for supervising and carrying out service department activities according to weekly plans, ensuring proper assembly, maintenance, and repair of agricultural machinery, as well as customer service quality and on-time delivery.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
· Technical or mechanical, electromechanical, agricultural, or related engineering degree.
· Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable technical service experience (agricultural machinery preferred).
· Agricultural machinery repair and assembly.
· Experience coordinating work teams.
· Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Willingness to travel.
**Solid knowledge in:**
· Agricultural machinery (tractors and implements).
· Diagram interpretation.
· Proficient use of parts manuals.
· Hydraulic systems.
· Electronic systems.
· Mechanical systems.
· Results orientation and customer service.
· Welding and fabrication of metal structures.
· Use of workshop tools.
· Knowledge of specialized tools.
· Filling out forms.
· Knowledge of 5S.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
· Manage and supervise workshop activities.
· Control of tools, equipment, and workplace organization.
· Perform machinery repairs and assembly.
· Provide specialized support to customers and service technicians.
· Diagnose and validate mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs.
· Ensure correct machinery assembly according to manufacturer specifications.
· Monitor delivery timelines and service quality.
· Ensure accurate completion of forms.
· Adherence to work procedures and standards.
· Plan activities and evaluate performance with the service supervisor.
· Report operational anomalies.
· Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance for units.
