Feedback for process improvement Customer Attention City: GUANAJUATO Publication Date: May 13, 2026 Schedule: 7 AM to 4 PM; Saturdays from 7 AM to 12 PM Description: **CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS ASSISTANT** **Position Objective** Timely and proper handling of assigned Service Reports by conducting daily reviews of each report to address customer requirements using available management tools, thereby delivering satisfactory responses to customer requests. **Job Functions or Activities** Report on services entering Shipment Control by performing daily scans of shipments and supporting documentation (e.g., visit and control labels), using the CRM\-SOLUCIONA shipment management system to assess and manage customer attention, service, and support—and providing operational feedback regarding process deviations. Execute customer calls promptly and accurately for shipments entered into Shipment Control, following the daily shipment coordination and customer calling process to assess and manage customer attention, service, and support—and providing operational feedback regarding process deviations. Generate shipping incident reports where required, by tracking incidents according to operational cycle procedures, to notify and coordinate shipments as soon as possible. Requirements * Minimum Education: High School / Technical Degree. * Work Experience: More than 6 months. * Basic Office software knowledge. * Performance indicator tracking.
