




Human Resources Generalist We are looking for a **Human Resources Generalist** to join our team and support the comprehensive management of the department. This position will be responsible for key processes such as **payroll, hiring, personnel administration, labor relations, organizational climate, and organizational development**, ensuring efficient operations and a positive work environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in the **payroll process**: incidents, data validation, reviews, and benefits control. * **Hiring and personnel administration**: file compilation, contracts, employee movements, and document control. * Coordinate **recruitment and selection** according to internal needs. * Manage **transactions with IMSS** (registrations, cancellations, modifications) and related administrative follow-up. * Develop, update, and communicate **internal policies, procedures, and regulations**. * Organize and monitor **training programs**, evaluations, and DNC. * Coordinate **workplace climate, employee wellness, and integration activities**. * Handle **labor relations**, resolve inquiries, and assist in disciplinary actions. * Monitor **HR indicators** (turnover, absenteeism, training compliance, etc.). * Support internal audits related to Human Resources. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources areas. * Knowledge of: * Payroll and incident management processes. * IMSS, INFONAVIT, and basic labor legislation. * Recruitment and selection. * Personnel file and documentation management. * Training and workplace climate processes. * Proficiency in Excel and Office suite. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with employees. **Key Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and employee interaction. * Conflict resolution. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and results orientation. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Continuous development and learning opportunities. **Interested?** If you have the described experience and skills, **we invite you to apply and become part of our team!** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
