




Responsibilities Classify, file, and manage physical and digital documentation. Create and update internal file records. Support the organization of personnel files and administrative documents. Ensure secure storage and quick retrieval of information. Comply with internal procedures for document retention and disposal. Provide general support to the administrative or human resources department as needed. Requirements Education: Completed high school or technical administration degree. Experience: 6 months to 1 year desirable in filing, document control, or similar position. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
