Position Summary: We are seeking a PMO Supervisor to oversee construction progress, ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards, and manage on-site resources and activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive project and construction supervision 2. Quality, safety, and regulatory compliance management 3. On-site resource and logistics administration At TGI, we are looking for a PMO Supervisor **Responsibilities:** Develop the master plan. Supervise construction progress in accordance with the project’s master plan and established schedules. Monitor compliance with current quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Verify that technical documentation, permits, and licenses are valid and up-to-date. Report progress, deviations, and risks. Manage on-site procurement and receipt of materials and supplies via requisitions. Manage contractor activities on-site through progress tracking. Construction site warehouse administration and inventory reporting Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** Experience in construction scheduling Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred Willingness to travel to León\-Irapuato Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.
