Branch Supervisor

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for branch opening and closing, cash and register management, customer service, order taking and coordination, inventory management, and cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages branch opening and closing as well as shift scheduling. 2. Handles cash, cash register, and banking terminal with control. 3. Attends to customers and efficiently manages delivery orders. Assists in branch opening and closing according to work schedule. Responsible for maintaining personal attendance records in accordance with established procedures. Shift opening and closing in TOTEAT system. Cash register opening and closing in TOTEAT system. Responsible for petty cash fund. Responsible for cash handling and control. Order payment collection. Customer service. Taking delivery orders via phone, WhatsApp, or other non-integrated channels. Coordinating delivery shipments. Responsible for confirming orders. Responsible for inspecting packaged orders. Maintaining clean and organized work area. Banking terminal operation. Performing cash register reconciliation. Executing partial cash withdrawals in accordance with established procedures. Reporting customer complaints or suggestions to the manager. Assisting with packing delivery services or supporting other departments as needed. Familiarity with menu items and ingredients used in products. Recording sales and expenses in TOTEAT system. Responsible for issuing receipts to customers, whether dining in, picking up orders, or receiving deliveries. Other duties assigned by direct supervisor, aligned with branch operations. Receiving suppliers. Requesting supplies for own work area. Inventory control, shrinkage control, knowledge of fryer and griddle startup procedures, receiving supplies from CEDIS, placing supply orders to CEDIS. Cleaning computer and electronic equipment (mouse, mousepad, tablets, monitor, keyboard, terminal, telephones, mobile phones, etc.).
