If you seek an environment where your analytical skills and accounting rigor directly contribute to the growth of a continuously expanding organization, we want to meet you! ### **Position Objective** Ensure accurate recording, control, and analysis of accounting transactions, guaranteeing compliance with tax obligations, reliability of financial information, and proper cash flow management. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Accounting Management:** Recording and monitoring of revenues/expenses, as well as reconciliation and cleansing of accounts receivable and payable. * **Financial Reporting:** Preparation of key financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement). * **Tax Compliance:** Calculation and filing of corporate taxes (ISR, IVA, monthly and annual tax returns). * **Portal Management:** Expert handling of SAT portals (compliance opinions, tax mailbox) and IMSS portals (employee registrations and terminations, SUA/IDSE). * **Treasury Control:** Oversight of collections, management of overdue receivables, and cash flow administration. * **Auditing and Regulatory Compliance:** Preparation of documentation for audits and assurance of compliance with current tax regulations. ### **Who Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree certificate is mandatory). * **Experience:** 3–5 years serving as General Accountant or in similar roles. * **Software:** Proficiency in **ERP** systems (SAP, Oracle, CONTPAQi, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite. * **Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of Mexican tax legislation, collections processes, and account analysis. * **Skills:** Highly organized individual with strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information. ### **What We Offer** * **Monthly Salary:** $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 (based on experience). * **Benefits:** All statutory benefits. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM. * **Location:** Jurica, Santiago de Querétaro, Qro.
