**Job Description**
We are seeking an **Operations Manager** with solid manufacturing experience, capable of taking charge of a growing operation, structuring it, elevating the team’s capabilities, and ensuring disciplined daily execution.
This role is critical to organizing processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and preparing the operation for scaling.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead end\-to\-end production, logistics, and operations.
* Ensure achievement of KPIs (OTIF, productivity, quality, lead times).
* Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
* Strengthen the operational structure (supervisory and management layers).
* Implement operational discipline (tracking, prioritization, routines).
* Coordinate key departments: procurement, finance, and commercial.
* Drive efficiency, waste reduction, and productivity metrics.
* Prepare the operation for more structured processes (ERP, continuous improvement).
**Role Objectives**
**First 90 Days**
* Stabilize daily operations.
* Identify bottlenecks and define action plans.
* Implement tracking routines.
* Deliver quick operational improvements (quick wins).
**Months 3–6**
* Reduce waste and downtime.
* Build a cohesive operational team with autonomy and clear KPIs.
* Improve cross-departmental coordination.
* Establish reliable performance indicators.
**Months 6–12**
* Implement capacity and demand planning (basic S\&OP).
* Achieve sustained productivity improvements.
* Consolidate a scalable and structured operation.
**Requirements**
* 5–10\+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
* Experience leading production and logistics.
* Team leadership experience with 30\+ people (ideal).
* Experience in growth-oriented or operationally chaotic environments.
* Knowledge of continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing.
* ERP experience or exposure (SAP or others) – preferred.
