Fulfill Value Stream KPIs: IDC, FOR, Technical Downtime. New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation in the production environment. Develop processes and process instructions; write training material for technicians; and develop maintenance processes: preventive, predictive and corrective. **Qualifications** * Leader of the MFP mechanical process engineering group. * Leader of definition and follow-up of competence development strategies for Engineering and Technicians groups. * Main owner / promoter of MFP metrics such as machine cycle time, FOR, technical downtime (Nu% loss). * Responsible for negotiating with other areas for resources necessary to complete tasks directly related to engineering, quality and new implementations. * Responsible for defining problem-solving projects on a regular basis after regular analysis of TOP contributors to ensure continuous compliance with business metrics. * Responsible for establishing a systematic approach for day\-to\-day follow-up of topics related to main business metrics to avoid unexpected peaks. * Leader and coach of projects to continuously improve business key indicators: quality, cost, utilization. * Deployment of company/plant goals and policies to the Engineering groups. * Hiring, coaching, and mentoring of personnel (Engineers). * Technical and human resources planning. * Responsible for communicating business status to the group of Engineers. * Responsible for establishing regular F2F communication with the group of Engineers. * Owner of the Maintenance strategy within VS production lines, including machines, tooling, racks/carts, spare parts, and SW back\-ups. * Responsible for following, implementing, maintaining and improving the mechanical assembly process required for product manufacturing, including but not limited to PLC \& Controls, robotics, mechanical design and assembly analysis, and keeping the process under control according to process parameters. * Responsible for fixtures, tools: Design, fabrication, acceptance validation, release and implementation in the production process. * Responsible for following and applying process parameters according to DMD, VVT, DI, etc. * Responsible for validating NPI by establishing process parameters, mechanical dimensions and production release. * Responsible for ensuring engineers’ training on process, machine configuration and process parameters. * 24/7 support to the Technicians group to eliminate roadblocks and ensure availability of necessary internal and/or external support they may require. Next level within the process escalation. * Acts and serves as a technical resource for Engineering and Technicians teams. * Owner of building the necessary networking for MFP activities. * Owner of implementation of Bosch standards among the technical areas. * Ensures follow-up of Bosch standards among the Engineering group. Ensures procedures and instructions are followed. * Under their responsibility scope but not limited to: * Prepare pre\-and final acceptance of Test Systems Equipment * Conduct equipment capability study * Cooperate with product development team * Operate equipment, fault elimination, support the establishment and execution of measures * Support the preparation of equipment to produce new products based on existing standards * Prepare machine documentation, technical descriptions * Optimize test programs, introduce AAS * Adherence to related instructions and standards of Bosch * Support production and service staff in problem solving * Cooperation with other locations * Support the improvement and rationalization of equipment * Carry out cycle time improvement * Statistical observation of trial and series production **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
