Job Summary: Hospital H+ Querétaro is seeking a Pharmacist with experience in pharmacotherapy to validate prescriptions, prepare medications, and manage inventory, ensuring patient safety. Continuous training and professional development **Hospital H\+ Querétaro** is looking for talent to join its team as: ### **Pharmacist** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field (degree mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital pharmacy or operating room area (desirable). * Knowledge of pharmacotherapy and drug preparation. * Proficiency in medication validation and control processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Validation of prescriptions and transcription of medications upon patient admission, transfer, change of attending physician, and discharge. * Preparation of medications and support in resolving nursing staff inquiries regarding dilutions. * Medication counting and control, identification of discrepancies, and monitoring of complete treatment regimens. * Audits in medication preparation areas and crash carts. * Proactive identification and follow-up of suspected adverse drug reactions and contrast media reactions. * Detection of medication errors and implementation of pharmaceutical interventions. * Compliance with PROA program guidelines. **Schedule:** * Night shift: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and one Sunday every 15 days, from 9:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. * Days off **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Uniform. * Training. * Preferential discounts. * Cafeteria. * Parking.
