Your mission will be to lead the maintenance, operation, and monitoring strategy for our Data Center’s electromechanical and security systems, ensuring the highest standards of availability and reliability.** ### **What profile are we looking for?** ### **Education:** **Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields (minimum 3 years of higher education).** ### **Experience:** **Proven track record in Critical Infrastructure (Data Centers, High-Complexity Hospitals, Continuous-Process Industrial Plants).** ### **Key Competencies:** **Technical team leadership.** ### **Crisis response capability and decision-making under pressure.** ### **Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement (KPIs).** ### **Key Responsibilities** * ### **1\.\- Ensure all shift routines are fully completed. Prepare logbooks and shift handover documentation. Administer computerized maintenance management systems.** * ### **2\.\- Supervise and alert conditions to the BMS (Building Management System) analyst and other ODATA monitoring systems, such as fire stations, access control systems, cameras, EAM systems, and other electrical, mechanical, and auxiliary systems and subsystems; provide necessary field information. Conduct periodic Data Center walkthroughs to identify anomalies and/or improvement opportunities.** * ### **3\.\- Lead, execute, and/or handle customer calls, incidents, and service requests with customer teams.** * ### **4\.\- Manage the maintenance schedule and customer-requested work via construction management. Report execution deviations to the O\&M Coordination team.** * ### **5\.\- Assign work orders to O\&M Analysts. Inspect field-executed service orders. Review/complete service orders executed by analysts and service providers. Execute preventive and corrective service orders with the analyst team.** * ### **6\.\- Monitor incidents and perform Open, Communication, IIR creation, and Governance processes. Additionally, manage service requests and change management for the assigned shift and other shifts when required.** * ### **7\.\- Support and monitor Data Center management in preparing documentation for internal and external company audits, ODATA customers, and the Data Center.** * ### **8\.\- Ensure adherence to Health, Occupational Safety, and Environmental best practices during operation and maintenance activities for the organization’s electromechanical systems. Carry out activities in compliance with ODATA SGI Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, and applicable laws governing such activities.** * ### **9\.\- Develop/create procedures, MOPs, EOPs, SOPs, SCPs. Prepare technical reports requested by management or ODATA customers.** * ### **10\.\- Support inventory management and stock control. Ensure warehouse organization for proper replenishment of consumables, operational spares, and critical spares.** * ### **11\.\- Support team training preparation and management.** * ### **12\.\- Consult vendor/service provider documentation prior to authorizing activity execution or facility access to the Data Center.**
