Quality Supervisor

EMMI is seeking your talent as a QUALITY SUPERVISOR to participate in an electrical installation project. Location: Celaya, Guanajuato Position Objective Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, regulations, and established quality standards, guaranteeing that the project is safe and functional according to client requirements. Responsibilities * Supervise the proper execution of electrical installations and civil works (lighting, distribution panels, conduits, grounding, and associated systems; pile driving; plumbing and leveling; structural reinforcement). * Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan in accordance with ISO 9001\. * Monitor processes and on-site quality compliance. * Verify materials, electrical equipment, and conformity certificates. * Prepare inspection and quality reports. * Maintain up-to-date site logs and quality control records. * Document non-conformities and corrective actions. * Coordinate with site supervision, safety personnel, and electrical contractors. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 4 \- 7 years of experience working as a Quality Supervisor. * Experience preparing reports and managing document control. * Experience in quality control of materials, equipment, and procedures in accordance with drawings and requirements. * Conducting inspections, audits, performance monitoring, and evaluations. * Compliance with risk matrices and incident reporting, identifying areas for improvement, correcting deviations, and ensuring quality compliance. * Knowledge of quality regulations including ISO, STPS, and international standards. * Knowledge of applicable electrical regulations: NOM\-001\-SEDE (Electrical Installations) and NOM\-029\-STPS (Maintenance of Electrical Installations – Safety). * Technical regulations and quality standards (Law on Quality Infrastructure, 7QC tools). * Preferred experience in projects involving electrical installations, electromechanical works, or similar scopes. * Ability to manage personnel. * Immediate availability for hiring.
