




We are seeking a responsible individual with experience in cooking, baking, or oven operation to join our production team. The purpose of this position is to prepare pastries and empanadas while meeting quality, hygiene, and inventory control standards. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare pastries and empanadas following established recipes and procedures. * Receive, inspect, and store raw materials according to internal guidelines. * Maintain inventory control and apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation. * Record daily production and complete corresponding forms. * Maintain cold chain for ingredients requiring refrigeration. * Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils organized and clean. * Report malfunctions, incidents, or variations in ingredients, equipment, or facilities. * Ensure the final product is ready, fresh, and properly presented for sale. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in cooking, pizzeria ovens, or bakeries. * Minimum 6 months of experience in cooking, bakeries, pizzerias, or oven operation. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Physical condition suitable for operational activities. * Skills: organization, teamwork, focus on hygiene, and goal achievement. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $9,500 gross * Full statutory benefits * Profit-sharing * Complimentary uniforms starting from the first week * Weekly sales bonuses * Grocery vouchers * Punctuality and attendance bonus If you possess the required experience and are interested in joining a food production environment with established processes and opportunities for stability, apply now to become part of our team.
