Job Description: Talent acquisition, interviews, reference checks, and administration of psychometric tests. Coordination of the hiring process and contract management. Personnel administration and recordkeeping. Control and compilation of personnel files. Preparation of biweekly and special payrolls using the NOI system. Employee terminations. General knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). Internal customer service for general inquiries.
