Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer or Architect to supervise comprehensive civil construction projects in industrial environments, ensuring quality and compliance. We are looking for a Construction Site Resident, Civil Engineer or Architect, with experience in comprehensive civil construction projects, structural steelwork, and rolling mill operations in an industrial setting. Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Neodata is required. We seek a professional capable of precisely and effectively supervising and managing construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various work teams and subcontractors, supervising project progress, and ensuring all work complies with established quality standards. Prior site supervision experience is required, including knowledge of construction codes and regulations, and the ability to resolve technical and managerial issues on-site. The candidate must be able to work in a dynamic environment with a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making ability. This is an on-site position; therefore, the candidate is expected to regularly work at the construction site.
