




Job Summary: Applications Technician responsible for developing formulations, providing technical and regulatory support, and scaling up new products, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation. Opportunity for professional stability and growth. ROHA SCIENCES MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. is seeking an Applications Technician. Responsibilities: 1. Develop new formulations, match or replace synthetic and/or natural colors to meet customer requirements in LATAM and comply with applicable legislation in each country. 2. Provide technical and regulatory support to the sales team and LATAM customers. 3. Conduct shelf-life evaluations, competitive color analysis, and stability testing for various projects as required, and generate corresponding reports. 4. Scale up new products at the plant (first three batches). 5. Enter and update projects in the SAP system. 6. Conduct customer visits for technical presentations and project follow-up. 7. Prepare specifications and related documentation for new products (MSDS, COA, regulatory compliance letters). 8. Prepare applications and demonstrations for technical presentations with customers or trade fairs/exhibitions, and actively participate in such events. 9. Serve on the HACCP team if assigned, actively participate, and carry out any tasks designated by the Safety Leader. 10. Ensure supply of materials required for project execution and/or laboratory analyses. 11. Prepare monthly reports. Requirements: * Food Engineer, Chemist, Biochemist, or Biotechnologist * Specialized knowledge of food colorants * Minimum 2 years’ experience in developing new food colorant or flavoring products; application of color/flavor/additives in various products; ingredient technology; food additive regulations (FDA, Codex, NPMs, European, Central and South American) * English: 0% written, reading, and conversational proficiency * Proficiency in Office, SAP, and SAE * Skills: extroverted, proactive, service-oriented, organized, planned, team player What We Offer: * Salary: MXN 18,000–22,000 per month, commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Stability and growth opportunities * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Willingness to travel and visit customers (with corresponding per diems) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
