Retail company seeks a convenience store supervisor Responsibilities: Visits stores to review operational guidelines; proposes action plans to achieve forecasted budgets; proposes initiatives; reviews POP materials; develops and monitors assigned staff; validates in-store control topics; verifies cash controls; validates openings and closings of assigned branches; promotes various purchasing platforms; develops negotiation strategies with wholesale mid-tier customers. Drives staff to meet sales targets; proposes and implements actions. Strong data analysis skills. Meets KPIs. Reports store supply incidents to the regional commercial department and places special orders. Handles claims at any time; submits documents for validation to insurance and bond providers. Ensures report tracking across various maintenance platforms.
