





Responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of hotel guests, staff, and property. Their role is to monitor facilities, prevent incidents, and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for everyone. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor hotel facilities to prevent incidents and ensure safety. * Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols in internal and external areas of the hotel. * Respond to emergency situations such as evacuations, medical incidents, or conflicts by following established protocols. * Control access of people and vehicles to the hotel, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises. * Perform periodic rounds throughout all hotel areas, including rooms, hallways, and common areas. * Report and document any incident or irregularity occurring within the hotel. * Coordinate with other staff members and hotel departments to respond to security situations. * Ensure that safety, emergency, and health protocols are followed by all staff and guests. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in security, preferably in the hospitality sector or similar. * Knowledge of first aid, emergency management, and security protocols. * Strong observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Security and first aid certification (preferred but not mandatory). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for growth and development within the hotel. * A professional and dynamic work environment.
