Job Summary: We are seeking a Collection Agent to manage collections from delinquent customers, negotiate payment agreements, and record follow-up activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Home collection management following established procedures 2. Negotiation of agreements and flexible payment plans 3. Recording of follow-up activities and compliance with collection actions in the mobile app We are looking for a Collection Agent to join our Credit and Collections team in Celaya, Gto.
