Tooling Engineer - Experienced

Job Summary: We are seeking a Tooling Engineer to optimize tool consumption and tool life, implement improvements, and prepare reports in the metalworking/automotive industry. Key Highlights: 1. Tool life optimization and cost reduction 2. Implementation of process improvements 3. Coordination with operations and customer service Tooling Engineer Requirements: °Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. °Advanced English. °1 year of experience in metalworking and/or automotive industry. °Knowledge of cutting tools, machining, and CNC processes. °Ability to interpret engineering drawings and operate measurement equipment. °Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. °Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis (preferred). Main Responsibilities: °Monitoring and analysis of tool consumption. °Optimization of tool life and cost reduction. °Implementation of process improvements. °Preparation of reports and performance indicators. °Coordination with operations and response to customer requirements.
