We have a federally accredited Inspection Unit, which supports our commitment to quality and safety. Required Profile **Education:** * Technical or bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, International Business, or Business Management. **Experience:** * 1 to 3 years in purchasing, warehouse, or procurement of materials, goods, and services. * Knowledge in procurement of spare parts, tools, and components for tractor-trailers. **Additional Requirements:** * Valid Class A driver's license. * Proficiency in ERP and advanced Excel. Key Skills * Effective communication * Negotiation and decision-making * Teamwork * Problem-solving * Organization and supplier follow-up Job Responsibilities * Purchase and manage repairs of materials, supplies, and services required for workshop and warehouse operations. * Ensure timely supply delivery to required departments. * Administer assigned supply chain, prioritizing that the Top 10 suppliers cover 85% of purchases within a maximum of 48 hours. * Request invoices and XML files for purchased items. * Search, evaluate, and follow up with new suppliers.
