In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the plant’s **operational continuity**, ensuring our products meet established standards. **Own your direction, own your development, and own your path.** **What You’ll Do:** Ensure product quality for incoming raw materials and manufactured goods—according to internal and external quality standards—before final products reach the market. The Quality Control Technician monitors quality across all factors involved in the production process at every stage, by implementing inspection, sampling, and release programs aligned with organizational specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute control of incoming raw materials and ingredients, ensuring proper inspection (physical evaluation, label verification, sample verification, documentation verification, and sample management) to guarantee compliance with specifications. * Ensure quality control throughout the entire production process per organizational guidelines (inspection and monitoring programs), such as ISO and other applicable standards, to ensure finished products meet required quality standards. * Execute control of finished product samples, including collection, inspection, and storage, to ensure product traceability. * Promote quality control aspects among relevant departments; support communication of quality programs and standards across the organization to maintain appropriate performance of the Food Safety and Quality Management System. * Actively participate in training provided by the organization to continue professional development and improve performance of responsibilities. * Participate in audits, product traceability exercises, inspection or monitoring programs for pest control, personnel hygiene, or any activity inherent to the Food Safety and Quality Management System, contributing to its maintenance. * Report and comply with safety, health, and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe workplace. **Who We’re Looking For** A committed, proactive, and results-oriented individual with strong attention to safety and teamwork.
