Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop industrial solutions from conceptualization through implementation, collaborating on high-impact projects. Key Highlights: 1. Multidisciplinary team work At ACBE, we are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer focused on developing industrial solutions, capable of leading projects from conceptualization to implementation. Responsibilities: 1. Engineering design development for industrial projects. 2. 3D modeling and fabrication drawing generation using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. 3. Design of components, mechanisms, structures, and assemblies. 4. Interpretation of technical requirements and development of solutions. 5. System integration and monitoring of manufacturing and installation processes. 6. Preparation of technical documentation (drawings, bills of materials, version control). 7. Collaboration with production, quality, and installation departments. Requirements: 1. Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (degree holder or in final semesters). (Candidates with solid mechanical design experience will also be considered.) 2. Three years of experience in industrial mechanical design. 3. Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge in: 1. Mechanical design (mechanisms, structures, assemblies). 2. Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). 3. Material selection. 4. Manufacturing processes (CNC, welding, laser cutting). Experience in: 1. 3D modeling and fabrication drawing generation. 2. Assembly integration. 3. Bill of Materials (BOM) management. 4. Simulation knowledge (FEA, ANSYS, or similar). 5. Experience in automation or industrial machinery. 6. Familiarity with standards (ISO, ASME). Skills: 1. Analytical thinking and problem-solving. 2. Clear technical communication. 3. Multidisciplinary team work. 4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
