





**Summary** Facilitate the learning and development of technical and soft skills in upper secondary education students, guiding them through an educational process and providing the necessary support for them to achieve their learning and career development goals. **Tasks and responsibilities** * Implement Mubea's apprenticeship program according to the established schedule. * Ensure apprentices complete reports, projects, grades, and evaluations. * Responsible for machinery and equipment, training materials, and assigned personnel. * Responsible for administration, inventory, and control of instructional materials required for practical exercises. * Administration and tracking of apprentice attendance through the TRESS system. * Support recruitment and selection of candidates for the Mexican Dual Training Model apprenticeship program. * Provide support for external services necessary for program implementation and continuity (transportation, restrooms, cafeteria, payroll, etc.) **Education / Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering. * Teaching experience in theoretical and practical conversational mechanical processes. * Experience operating CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and grinders. * Basic knowledge of welding and bench fitting. * Experience in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems from FESTO, and robotics, preferably MOTOMAN. **What we offer** In addition to future prospects within our growing global family-owned company, Mubea offers opportunities for continuous development, actively supporting your ideas and objectives.
