We are a leading institution in the education sector, committed to academic excellence and professional development. **POSITION MISSION** Provide support in managing academic, administrative, and logistical activities necessary to achieve the objectives set forth in academic programs, ensuring the quality standards established by the institution and compliance with applicable regulations. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS:** * Intermediate English * Proficiency in Excel * At least 2 years of experience in the education sector * University degree with certification; Master’s degree in engineering, administration, or related field **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Follow-up with new teachers during registration on the institutional platform. * Request availability of teacher schedules. * Planning of subjects per semester. * Creation of class schedules for each semester. * Assignment of classrooms to teachers. * Communication with teachers. * Processing internal and external student course equivalencies. * Preparation of lists of students taking the Ceneval exam. * Monitoring academic processes for students and teachers.
