




An industrial/commercial sector company is seeking a **Workshop Manager**, responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the vehicle fleet, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as supervising the technical staff under their charge. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet * Reduce vehicle downtime * Mechanical diagnosis of gasoline and diesel vehicles * Direct supervision of mechanics and assistants * Validation of logbooks, checklists, and on-road departures * Management of spare parts orders and tracking * Supervise correct installation and verification of spare parts * Personnel control and management within the workshop **Requirements** * Education: Automotive Mechanical Engineering (preferred) * Minimum experience: 5 verifiable years in automotive mechanics (gasoline and diesel) * Ability to operate vehicles of 3.5 tons or more * Valid driver’s license (Chiapas) * Full schedule availability * Availability to travel * Proficiency with diagnostic equipment (scanner) * Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) **Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, **5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** (Sundays off | meal breaks according to operational needs) **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $12,500 gross * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, Fonacot, PTU as per law) * Job stability * Training and onboarding * Growth opportunities * **Key Competencies** * Leadership and personnel management * Decision-making * Organization and planning * Problem solving * Teamwork * Technical analysis * Effective communication
