Key Competencies * Experience delivering hands-on training on the production floor. * Ability to clearly and simply explain technical processes. * Evaluation and validation of technical and operational knowledge and skills. * Tracking and administration of skill matrices. * Effective communication, positive leadership, and personnel management. * Coordination and performance monitoring of operational mentors. * Knowledge of metal-mechanical processes such as **bending, punching, welding, machining, assembly, and electroplating** (desirable). Requirements * Technical degree or engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field). * Minimum **2 years** of experience in manufacturing processes. * Experience managing skill matrices using the **ILUO** methodology. * Knowledge of **industrial safety, quality control, and 5S**. * Availability to rotate shifts and work on the production floor.
