




Job Summary: This position focuses on the comprehensive management of industrial safety and hygiene in a cafeteria, including risk identification, training, supervision, and emergency coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage industrial safety and hygiene in a cafeteria. 2. Train staff on safety and safe procedures. 3. Investigate accidents and prepare reports. Job Functions: \* Identify, assess, and control risks associated with industrial cafeteria activities. \* Implement and monitor industrial safety and hygiene programs. \* Train staff on safety, hygiene, use of PPE, and safe procedures. \* Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene standards in kitchen, storage, and service areas. \* Detect unsafe acts and conditions and implement corrective and preventive actions. \* Prepare risk analyses, risk maps, and safe work procedures. \* Coordinate emergency drills and plans (fire, evacuation, first aid). \* Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and root cause analyses. \* Verify proper use, condition, and replacement of PPE. \* Maintain records, evidence, and reports for internal and external audits. \* Coordinate with quality, operations, and maintenance departments for continuous improvement. \* Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations on safety and hygiene. \* Promote a culture of prevention and safety among staff.
