Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and professional Executive Driver to support various activities, administrative tasks, and vehicle care, demonstrating respect, loyalty, and integrity. Key Points: 1. Attitude of respect, loyalty, commitment, responsibility, and professionalism. 2. Responsible for vehicle care, cleaning, and maintenance. 3. General support in events and deliveries related to the business. The Executive Driver position requires an attitude of respect, loyalty, commitment, responsibility, professionalism, and integrity. Casual attire (no sneakers); submit a certificate of no criminal record; hold a valid and complete driver’s license. RESPONSIBILITIES \-Do not answer mobile phones while driving. \-On highways, maintain a two-vehicle distance. \-In charge of security. \-Purchasing and various errands. \-Safeguard purchase receipts and generate fiscal invoices for each purchase, timely and correctly. \-Expense reporting. \-Administrative tasks, service payments, and bank transfers. \-Review and supervise general maintenance. \-General support in events held by the employer, or in business-related events or deliveries. \-Assume full responsibility for vehicles under their care, including proper use, care, cleaning, maintenance, spare parts, inspections, vehicle services, fuel supply, and all matters related to the vehicle—ensuring all fiscal invoices are obtained timely and correctly. \-Maintain and record the logbook. \-Keep a schedule of assigned tasks and completed activities. \-Assist with loading and unloading all types of goods. \-Identify optimal routes. \-Deliver goods as instructed. \-Submit documentation and invoices. QUALIFICATIONS \-Familiarity with interstate highways. \-Ability to perform administrative tasks. \-Willingness to work nights and weekends. \-Ability to work independently. \-Ability to concentrate. \-Ability to follow instructions. \-Ability to adhere to safety protocols. \-Proficiency with digital platforms (Waze, Google Maps). \-Proficiency with digital cards. \-Hand-eye coordination. \-Safe driving techniques. \-Manual dexterity. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE AS AN EXECUTIVE DRIVER WILL BE CONSIDERED. Compensation: Fee-based structure.
