Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee processes, quality, and lead teams in continuous manufacturing, with a focus on safety and environmental responsibility. Key Highlights: 1. Process control, quality control, information management, and team leadership. 2. Operation of continuous process machinery and in-process quality control. 3. Operational team leadership and process monitoring. Process Control Quality Control Team Leadership Information Management Safety and Environment Operation of Continuous Process Machinery • Reading and interpreting process parameters (PLC / HMI screen) • In-process quality control (identification of visual and dimensional defects) • Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for industrial equipment (desirable) • Knowledge of precast concrete or construction industry (desirable) Minimum 2 years as Production Supervisor in continuous process manufacturing • Proven experience operating or supervising lines with parametrically controlled machinery (PLC, HMI) • Experience leading production teams • Desirable: experience in precast concrete manufacturing, construction materials, or ceramic industry+ Technical degree or technological high school diploma in industrial, mechanical, electromechanical, or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience as Production Supervisor in continuous process manufacturing. • Verifiable experience supervising lines with parametric control (PLC / HMI). • Experience leading operational teams of at least 6 people per shift. • Experience in in-process quality control (defect detection and real-time decision-making). • Experience in process monitoring and shift information management (reports, incidents, schedule compliance).
