




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant with experience in incident management, preparation of preliminary payroll, and proficiency in payroll and tax systems. Key Highlights: 1. Support in internal and external payroll and HR audits Company located near 'Parque Industrial Cuadritos' Position requested: 'Payroll Assistant' Requirements: Availability: Monday to Saturday. Technical knowledge: Advanced Excel formulas, payroll systems, taxes (ISR, IMSS Law), and SUA transactions. Key Knowledge / Responsibilities: Data entry, collection, and validation of employee incidents. Preparation and reporting of preliminary payroll for a staff of 500 employees. Identification of weekly absences and continuous updating of databases. Review of medical leaves and application of corresponding deductions or payments as stipulated by law. Tracking payroll receipt delivery and maintaining an updated incident file with supporting documentation. Active support in internal and external audits related to payroll or human resources. We Offer: Salary: $15,000 MXN gross per month. Food vouchers ($1,200 monthly). Transportation, subsidized cafeteria, and free gym.
