Job Summary: We are seeking an innovative Project Engineer to design, develop, and construct a wide range of projects, managing all technical activities from conception through to completion. Optimize the performance of products and services Project Engineer Profile We seek an innovative Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related-field Engineer to design, develop, and construct a broad range of projects from conception to completion. The Project Engineer will be responsible for all technical and engineering disciplines involved in the projects. You will schedule, plan, forecast, source resources, and manage all technical activities to ensure project quality and accuracy from conception to completion. The core objective is to achieve maximum performance of the products or services offered through various optimization strategies. To accomplish this, available resources must be fully leveraged, and optimal efficiency in execution timelines must be achieved. Responsibilities * Calculate project budget and scope * Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and supervise assigned engineering projects * Produce preliminary designs * Modify and revise designs to meet requirements and eliminate defects * Monitor progress and collect status reports on the project * Assign responsibilities and guide the project team * Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to provide technical support and assistance * Comply with guidelines and regulations—including permits and safety—and prepare documentation and any other required technical records * Supervise compliance with applicable codes, practices, warranty regulations, quality control, specifications, and performance standards * Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements, as well as represent them on-site * Conduct overall quality control of work (budget, scheduling, plans, personnel performance) and regularly report on project status * Continuously review engineering work and initiate necessary corrective actions Requirements * Proven work experience as a Project Engineer * Ability to work on multi-disciplinary engineering and construction projects * Familiarity with standards, regulations, best practices, and performance standards * Knowledge of 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or others) * Understanding of key concepts such as mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, etc. * Decision-making ability and leadership skills * Ability to clearly and understandably communicate technical knowledge * Skills in supervision and project management * Skills in organization and time management * Bachelor’s degree required * Age: Not specified * Gender: Not specified * Minimum 2 years of experience We Offer: * Salary: $14,000 \- $18,000 MXN gross per month, depending on qualifications * Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance starting from the 6th month * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Education: * Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory) Language: * English (Desirable) * Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Experience: * Electrical installations: 2 years (Desirable) * Structural steel assembly: 3 years (Desirable) * Mechanical installations: 3 years (Desirable) Willingness to Travel: * 100% (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
