Leadership, organization, and problem-solving focus A leading corporate group in its segment is seeking a strategic and technical professional to head its Information Technology department. We are looking for a professional with strong problem-solving ability and a business continuity vision. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the availability, integrity, and security of the technological infrastructure and information systems, aligning technical resources with the organization’s growth strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive administration of servers (Windows Server), local networks, and connectivity. * Implementation and oversight of cybersecurity protocols, corporate antivirus management, and daily backup policies. * User database management, configuration of user profiles in integrated management systems (ERP), and administration of collaboration platforms (Office 365). * Supervision of preventive/corrective maintenance of computing equipment and peripherals. * Administration of IP switches, telephony, and network services. **Profile Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in managerial or coordination roles. * Proficiency in networking, servers, information security, and end-user support (Help Desk). * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Career development plan and job stability.
