Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to lead the HR department, managing key functions such as payroll, recruitment, development, and employee well-being to ensure a productive work environment. Opportunity for growth in the automotive sector We are looking for a qualified and motivated professional capable of leading the HR department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all talent management-related functions. **Job Objective:** The primary objective of this position is to manage diverse human resources functions, including payroll administration, personnel management, employee well-being, labor relations, organizational development, talent management, performance management, knowledge management, benefits, and compensation—all aimed at supporting staff needs and fostering a healthy and productive work environment. **Responsibilities:** Manage the entire payroll process across all stages: onboarding, offboarding, incidents, commission calculations, payroll stamping, final review, and release for payment. Manage the full recruitment and selection process—from job posting dissemination through interviews and evaluations—including employment contract preparation, reference verification, onboarding, and compliance with legal regulations. Maintain and administer employee files, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality. Support the management of the employee training and development plan by identifying training needs and coordinating training programs. Collaborate in employee performance evaluations, analyzing and documenting results. Participate in the implementation, review, and updating of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and clear communication to staff. Generate reports and metrics related to HR process compliance. Process weekly payroll; pay IMSS, INFONAVIT. Ensure compliance with GM plant standards. Use Contpaqi software. Pay IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Salary: $18,000–$20,000 monthly, based on experience; statutory benefits from day one.
