





Main responsibilities: * **Recruitment and selection:** Manages processes for finding and hiring new staff, from posting job openings to onboarding new employees. * **Talent management:** Develops and implements training and professional development plans for employees, and designs programs to promote their growth and retention within the company. * **Compensation and benefits:** Administers salary, benefits, and bonus programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company policies. * **Performance management:** Evaluates employee performance, implements improvement and recognition plans, and manages promotion processes and, if necessary, termination procedures. * **Labor relations:** Handles conflicts, negotiates with employees, and promotes harmonious relationships to ensure a healthy and productive work environment. * **Regulatory compliance:** Ensures the company complies with all current labor and safety laws and regulations. * **Policy development:** Creates and oversees the implementation of human resources policies and procedures. * **Advising and support:** Provides support and advice to management and employees on personnel and organizational culture matters. \* * Key competencies: * Leadership and motivation skills * Communication and active listening skills * Analytical ability and decision-making * Organization, planning, and time management * Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills * Adaptability to organizational changes.
