




Position Summary: We are seeking a specialist to ensure tax and regulatory compliance of contractors and suppliers, mitigating legal and financial risks. Key Highlights: 1. Present in 17 cities across 12 states, Grupo Ruba has benefited over 260,000 families, distinguished by its quality, certification as a **Great Place to Work**, and recognition as a Socially Responsible Enterprise (ESR). **Objective:** Ensure all contractors and suppliers timely fulfill tax and regulatory obligations related to the **REPSE**, guaranteeing the company’s operational tax compliance and mitigating legal and financial risks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Generate and manage digital supplier and contractor files, including integration and updating of REPSE files on the corresponding portal. * Review and validate tax and legal documentation of new suppliers and contractors for system onboarding. * Train contractors on using the REPSE portal and complying with the company’s requested documentary requirements. * Request, track, and supervise the timely submission of tax and labor information from suppliers and contractors registered under REPSE. * Conduct periodic visits to suppliers and contractors to verify information, processes, and regulatory compliance. * Verify tax compliance through review of documentation such as: positive compliance opinion, employer registration number, tax status certificate, among others. * Review and validate payments, contributions, and other applicable tax obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and ISN). * Compile, update, and report information in internal tax controls and documents to ensure regulatory compliance of operations. * Continuously monitor commitments, deadlines, and documentary updates of suppliers and contractors. * Review and approve construction contracts, ensuring compliance with the company’s established tax, legal, and operational guidelines. * Cross-check annual tax returns against invoices received from contractors, validating fiscal consistency and identifying potential discrepancies. **Requirements:** Academic Background: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Essential Technical Knowledge: * Knowledge of and experience with the **REPSE** framework and its current guidelines. * Knowledge of tax laws and labor obligations applicable to contractors and suppliers. * Knowledge of the Payroll Tax (ISN) and its proper calculation and compliance. * Interpretation and analysis of tax documentation (compliance opinions, tax status certificates, tax returns, etc.). * Knowledge of compliance requirements before: Tax Administration Service (SAT) Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT) Experience: * Experience in reviewing and controlling tax files. * Management and tracking of contractors and suppliers. * Experience in administrative processes and document control. * Experience in customer service (internal and external).
