Job Summary: Eosol Group is seeking a Field HSE Supervisor with experience in high-risk work, lifting operations, electrical work, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and incident investigation to ensure safety on a construction project. Eosol Group is looking for a **Field HSE Supervisor** with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team in **Querétaro**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety and HSE regulatory compliance across all operations, with particular focus on **high-risk work, lifting operations, electrical work, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), work at height, and incident investigation**. This position is critical to the success of our data center construction project and is available exclusively for local personnel from Querétaro. **As a Field HSE Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:** * Supervising and ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures at the worksite. * Developing and implementing specific safety plans for high-risk activities, including critical lifts and work at height. * Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks. * Ensuring proper application of LOTO procedures before initiating maintenance or repair work on electrical and mechanical equipment. * Coordinating and supervising the safe execution of electrical work, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Leading and actively participating in incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Fostering a proactive safety culture among all site personnel, promoting risk awareness and best safety practices. * Ensuring all personnel have the necessary training and certification to perform their tasks safely. * Maintaining accurate records of all safety activities, including inspections, training, incidents, and audits. * Collaborating closely with the project management team and contractors to integrate HSE considerations into all phases of the data center construction project. * Conducting risk assessments and issuing work permits for specific activities, ensuring appropriate control measures are implemented. * Managing emergency response and ensuring availability and proper functioning of safety equipment. * Promoting environmental awareness and ensuring compliance with applicable environmental regulations. **We require candidates to have:** * A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field. * **Flexible working hours** * Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an HSE Supervisor, preferably in construction or industrial environments. * Solid experience managing risks associated with high-risk work, including lifting operations, electrical work, and work at height. * Expert knowledge of implementing and supervising LOTO procedures. * Experience in incident investigation and implementation of corrective action plans. * Familiarity with data center construction or large-scale infrastructure projects. * Excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Ability to conduct detailed safety inspections and prepare clear, concise reports. * Proficiency in applicable occupational health and safety regulations and legislation. * Residency in Querétaro or willingness to relocate locally. **Preferred qualifications include:** * Recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, DC-3). * Ability to develop and deliver HSE training.
