Fulfil Value Stream KPIs: IDC, FOR, Technical Downtime. New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation in the production environment. Develop processes and process instructions; write training materials for technicians; and develop maintenance processes: preventive, predictive and corrective. **Qualifications*** Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Statistical analysis knowledge (Minitab) * Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multifunctional teams in a global environment. * Excellent communication skills: internal and external. * GDT certification. * Experience (3\-5 years) in mechanical process or maintenance. * PLC programming is a plus: Allen Bradley, Siemens, MicroLogix. * Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems. * CAD design: SolidWorks or other mechanical design software. * Design of electromechanical systems for automation or control of manufacturing equipment. **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
