At QUASAIR, we are seeking a supervisor for electromechanical facilities in the retail, residential, and industrial sectors with knowledge in: * Physical surveys and photographic reporting. * Coordinating **preventive** and **corrective** maintenance. * **Quantification** and **quotation** of materials. * Supervising and training operational staff. * Managing inventory and material supply. * Designing service routes. * Coordination with other specialties and departments. * Personalized attention and customer service. Requirements: * Electrical, mechanical, or related engineering degree (**professional title and license mandatory).** * Minimum **2 years’ experience** supervising general maintenance **(HVAC, electrical, plumbing, finishes, etc.).** * Intermediate English. * Proficiency in **NOM-007-ENER-2004, NOM-001-SEDE-2012, National Electrical Code 1996, IMSS, ASHRAE, ANSI, AMCA, SMAGNA, etc.** * Intermediate **AutoCAD 2D** skills. * Teamwork and cooperation. * Ability to work under pressure. * Responsible and proactive. * **Flexible schedule and willingness to travel.** What do we offer? * You will join a growing team and have the opportunity to demonstrate your full potential on projects focused on the electrical sector.
