We are looking for a* ***results-driven, dynamic, and committed Sales Manager*** *who wants to be part of a professional, growing environment with real challenges.* ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. * Additional training in commercial management, management, or team leadership will be valued. * Own vehicle available. * Valid driver's license. * Availability to travel and attend industry fairs or events. * Intermediate to advanced English. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and CRM. * Excellent presentation. **Experience:** * Minimum **2 to 5 years of experience** in sales within the hotel or tourism sector (preferably in medium or large capacity hotels). * Experience in acquiring corporate clients, travel agencies, OTAs, and organizing events or group bookings. * Experience in sales strategies to increase occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. **Knowledge and skills:** * Existing client portfolio. * Knowledge of the local and national hotel market. * Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and booking platforms (OTAs, GDS). * Ability to develop sales plans, promotional campaigns, and strategic partnerships. * Expertise in sales closing techniques and negotiation. * Excellent communication, leadership, and sales team management skills. * Analytical ability to monitor key performance indicators (occupancy, revenue, forecast, etc.).
