Focused on diversity and inclusion ### **WAREHOUSE OPERATOR** **What Your Day Will Look Like** The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring daily replenishment of production lines and possess knowledge of warehouse processes—e.g., receiving, picking, etc. Ability to operate internal combustion forklifts; knowledge of completing forklift pre-operation checklists; familiarity with Lean process standards; continuous inspection and verification of warehouse areas. **Your Responsibilities** * Receiving Documentation: Begin each day by reviewing received invoices, whether in physical or digital format. * Data Verification: Ensure invoice information is accurate. * Knowledge of Receiving Domestic and Imported Materials * Classification: Organize invoices according to their status (and by category). * Communication: Maintain contact with other departments to resolve discrepancies or clarify invoice-related questions. **Requirements for the Position** * Operation of sit-down and narrow-aisle forklifts * SAP knowledge—transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, etc. * Knowledge of cycle counts and inventories. (Minimum 1 year of proven experience required) * Understanding of outsourced materials flow * Knowledge of handling sensitive/delicate materials * Minimum 1 year of experience in the requested role or similar positions. * Integration and commitment to the company. * Understanding of outsourced materials flow * Direct communication with Buyers (incoming only) * Flexible availability, teamwork, punctuality in the workplace, discipline, respect toward colleagues and team supervisors, adherence to internal work regulations.
