Position Summary: Systems Manager, responsible for ensuring operational continuity, security, and efficient support of the technology infrastructure of an automotive dealership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise the agency's IT infrastructure. 2. Ensure the availability and proper operation of internal systems. 3. Implement technological improvements that optimize the agency's processes. Systems Manager – Automotive Dealership **Location:** Queretaro, Qro, near Plaza Antea **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Position Objective Ensure the proper functioning of the agency's technology infrastructure, guaranteeing operational continuity, information security, and efficient support across all departments. Main Responsibilities * Manage and supervise the IT infrastructure (networks, servers, computing equipment) * Ensure the availability and proper operation of internal systems * Coordinate technical support for users (hardware and software) * Implement technological improvements that optimize the agency's processes * Manage technology service providers * Ensure information security and backups * Supervise system installation, maintenance, and updates * Support implementation of CRM systems or sales platforms Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Information Technology, or related field * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of networks, servers, technical support, and cybersecurity * Experience managing work teams * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Service-oriented attitude and leadership ability We Offer * Competitive monthly gross salary of $24,200 * Monthly food vouchers worth $800 * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Company parking Salary: $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
