We are seeking a Senior Quality Control Analyst! **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Efficiently ensure compliance with quality and safety standards for raw materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * In-Process Quality Control * Implement the annual maintenance plan for measurement equipment (calibrations, maintenance, and corresponding verifications) * Support production processes regarding formula adjustments in GSE software and validation of weights for each batch of manufacturing orders * Verify cleaning procedures on process equipment and perform ATP testing and allergen control * Verify adherence to operating instructions and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for each production run * Receive shipments and verify conditions related to quality and safety * Perform sampling of raw materials (RM/RE) * Track non-conforming materials * Execute test protocols for raw materials, intermediates, and packaging materials * Enter analytical results daily into Sample Manager * Develop, validate, and improve quality methods for RMs and FPs * Apply formulation prototypes to develop new or line extension products at laboratory scale for customer sample submissions * Perform HPLC analysis on bulk materials, finished products, and raw materials, following established methods while ensuring result accuracy and reliability, and generate corrective actions for the plant when specifications are not met * Interpret HPLC analytical results, identify potential quality issues, and propose corrective solutions * Collaborate with production, quality control, and process teams to implement corrective and preventive actions * Validate new HPLC analytical methods aligned with business requirements and generate necessary documentation to update current methods **KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE LEVEL:** * Education: Bachelor’s or Engineer degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, Biochemistry, Agro-industrial Engineering, or related field * Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar or related role preferred * Knowledge in: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), allergen management, HACCP * Proficiency with tools: Laboratory and quality control equipment operation * Willingness to travel: Not applicable * English: Intermediate level * Required: * Proficiency in analytical instrumental techniques used in the laboratory: HPLC. **About Corbion** Corbion is the global market leader in lactic acid and its derivatives, and a leading supplier of emulsifiers, functional enzyme blends, minerals, vitamins, and algal ingredients.
